How CaseLynk Uses Automated Systems
CaseLynk uses automated systems to organize and process your intake form submission. This page explains what those systems do and do not do.
What Automated Systems Do
- Validate contact information: We verify that the email address and phone number you provide are valid and deliverable.
- Detect duplicate submissions: We check whether the same inquiry has already been submitted to prevent duplicates.
- Organize submissions: We categorize your submission based on the answers you provide (e.g., injury type, timeframe) to help the attorney review it efficiently.
- Score submission quality: We assign a quality tier to each submission based on factors such as the recency of the incident and whether medical treatment was sought. This score is for attorney reference only and does not reflect a legal assessment of your claim.
- Forward your inquiry: Your organized submission is delivered to the specific attorney identified in the advertisement.
- Assist with advertising content: AI tools help us draft advertising copy for attorney campaigns. All advertising content is reviewed and approved before use and is presented as attorney advertising.
What Automated Systems Do Not Do
- They do not evaluate the merits of your legal claim.
- They do not provide legal advice or recommendations.
- They do not determine which attorney receives your inquiry. The advertisement or URL you used determines the attorney.
- They do not make decisions about the outcome of your case.
- They do not retain or use your submission to train AI models.
Human Oversight
The attorney who receives your inquiry is a licensed human professional who independently decides whether to contact you and whether to accept your case. CaseLynk does not influence the attorney's decision.
