CaseLynk is a marketing platform operated by Fanzia Inc., 320 N Verdugo Rd Suite 200, Glendale, CA 91206. CaseLynk is not a law firm or lawyer referral service.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code
• Information about your situation (injury type, timeframe, fault, medical treatment, optional description)
• Technical information (IP address, browser type) for security and fraud prevention
• Consent records, including timestamps and the specific consents you provided

3. How We Use Your Information

• To forward your inquiry to the specific attorney identified in the advertisement
• To send you a confirmation that your inquiry was received
• To validate your email address and phone number using third-party verification services
• To score the completeness and quality of your submission for attorney reference using automated systems
• To prevent fraud, spam, and duplicate submissions
• To generate invoices for attorneys who advertise through the platform

4. How We Share Your Information

Your personal information is shared only with the specific attorney identified in the advertisement you responded to. CaseLynk does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

We use the following service providers who may process your information:

• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (attorney billing only; consumer payment information is not collected)
• ZeroBounce — email address validation
• Vercel — cloud hosting and infrastructure
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI-assisted content tools used in platform operations; your submission data is not sent to these services
• Supabase — database and authentication

All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only as directed.

5. Data Security

We encrypt your email address and phone number at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
• The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
• The right to opt out of automated decision-making that produces significant legal or financial effects. Our quality scoring system is for attorney reference only and does not make decisions with legal effect
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We retain your personal information for up to five years from the date of submission, or longer if required by applicable law (including TCPA record-keeping requirements). We use essential cookies required for the platform to function (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on consumer-facing pages.
