You respond to an attorney's advertisement
Each CaseLynk page is created for a specific licensed California personal injury attorney. The advertisement, URL, or ad campaign determines which attorney your inquiry is directed to.
You complete a brief intake form
The form asks basic questions about your situation: type of injury, when it happened, fault, and medical treatment. You also provide your contact information.
Your inquiry is forwarded to the attorney
CaseLynk organizes your submission and forwards it to the attorney identified in the advertisement. CaseLynk does not evaluate your case or provide legal advice.
The attorney may contact you
The attorney will review your submission. If they believe they can assist with your case, they may contact you directly using the information you provided. Not all inquiries will result in contact.
