1. About CaseLynk

CaseLynk is a marketing platform operated by Fanzia Inc., 320 N Verdugo Rd Suite 200, Glendale, CA 91206. CaseLynk is not a law firm or lawyer referral service. CaseLynk provides a platform for licensed California attorneys to advertise their services and receive inquiries from consumers.

CaseLynk uses automated tools, including AI-assisted systems, to help organize and process inquiries. These systems do not evaluate legal claims or provide legal advice.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting an inquiry through CaseLynk does not create an attorney-client relationship with the attorney or with CaseLynk. CaseLynk does not provide legal advice, evaluate legal claims, or represent consumers in any capacity.

3. How the Service Works

Each CaseLynk page is created for a specific licensed attorney. When you submit an inquiry, your information is forwarded to the attorney identified in the advertisement. The attorney, not CaseLynk, decides whether to contact you. Not all inquiries will result in contact from the attorney.

Your submission may be scored by automated systems that assess the completeness and quality of information provided. This scoring is for attorney reference only and does not affect the delivery of your submission.

4. No Guarantees

CaseLynk does not guarantee that the attorney will contact you, accept your case, or that your case will have any particular outcome. The decision to retain an attorney is entirely yours.

CaseLynk uses automated quality scoring to categorize submissions for attorney review. A score assigned to your inquiry is not an assessment of the legal merit of your claim.

5. Consumer Consent

By submitting the intake form, you provide the following consents:

• (a) You authorize the specific attorney identified in the advertisement to receive your contact information and submission details.
• (b) You consent to be contacted by CaseLynk and the identified attorney via phone, text, prerecorded voice, automated text, or email regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
• (c) You acknowledge that CaseLynk uses automated systems, including AI-assisted tools, to organize and forward your submission.
• (d) You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out does not affect submissions already forwarded to the attorney.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your inquiry. CaseLynk is not responsible for verifying the information you submit.

7. Privacy

Your use of CaseLynk is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseLynk and Fanzia Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, the conduct of any attorney, or the outcome of any legal matter.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

11. Advertising Content

CaseLynk creates advertising content on behalf of attorneys who use the platform. All such content is attorney advertising and is created under the direction and approval of the relevant attorney. CaseLynk does not independently endorse or vouch for attorney qualifications beyond what is publicly verifiable.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design elements, and original content are owned by Fanzia Inc. Attorneys grant CaseLynk a limited license to use their name, firm name, and office information for advertising purposes on the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from your use of CaseLynk will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
